Pain

I'm new to anxiety. Just wondering, is it 'normal' for it to be painful? I'm still trying to learn more about it and what to expect, just every little twinge or pain I get so worried which seems to make it worse. But then it will just go.

i also get certain pains during the day(chest,head, etc.). i always try to tell myself it is nothing. it is sometimes overwhelming to deal with , but i guess it is just what we have to do. i hope and pray that i will get it under control and i hope that you and others on here will also.

I get severe pain from my anxiety, so much so that I'm in agony now from it lasting so long.

It is absolutely normal and common for anxiety to cause pain. Among other physical symptoms I get from anxiety, I sometimes experience pain in some random part of my body. Take care! How is the music going?!
