Panic Attack after 2 years

I  have Anxiety for 2 years now, I had severe panic attacks when my anxiety started. I was good for about 2 years but lately Ive been having anxiety with racing thoughts and derealisation but no panic attacks. Ive just been starting to feel better im on celexa and i go to therapy. But last night I decided to have a couple of drinks and when i woke up i was hungover. I was stuck in traffic and couldnt get home i had a really bad panic attack. I felt like I was going to die and I knew it was a panic attack so I dont know why but i freaked out. It was like my first attack all over I wanted to go running to the hospital and I thought I was dying. Now im just scared that im gonna fall back into anxieties trap. I dont want to scare myself into having one after another! Any suggestions on what I can think or do to not fall back in. I dont want to have panic attacks no more. I know this may sound stupid but i just had to ask.

Accept it as a minor setback. We all have them from time to time. Good days and bad days. It will all depend on your own reaction and mindset to the situation. If you dwell on it and think ' here I go again ', yes, you will have another panic attack and probably another after that too. If you tell yourself ' It was just a setback and nothing more ', you will carry on as before. The drinking might have had you feeling a bit more off than normal. Might have made it easier for the attack to kick in. As you were hung over. Just try not to dwell on it. Don't make it into a bigger issue. Accept it as a one off setback. Like I said, we all have them.
