Panic Disorder, Zoloft

I take 4 or 5 medicines, Zoloft Lithium Klonopin and Metoprolol and have been always tired..... i want to try and get off the Zoloft, been on it since 2005.... and 200mg since 2009...... i am scared though..... anyone got any tips, i was put on it for Panic Disorder not Depression although one causes the other.

Do you have bipolar disorder as well? Because it would seem for your problem the Zoloft might just be the only drug you might need and that's the one you want to stop, but the other meds suggest other problems.
