try not breathing into a paper bag.. i guess the body needs more oxygen to calm it at this point. i try breathing deeply thru the chest, and exhaling through the mouth. hope u feel better.
I have always breathed into a paper bag (to increase carbon di oxide into the bloodstream) and always breath from my stomach not chest.
do deep breathing. it really helps. yoga and deep breathing everyday helps immensely. also try to get a hand of john kabatzin's relaxations tapes. helps a lot.
