Panic and Xanax

Well so far i been out of paxil for like a month now i think doing it cold turkey , no choice there , the one left is xanax , its 11:00am here in Puerto Rico , and well lets just say i started to get off the xanax , and shoot its been like hell , so , anybody that is quitting like me please let me know , also , the dose i was of xanax was 2mg , THANK GOD i did not never ever went over the dose , i was on it for like 2 years i think , never ever having to increase the dosage now I HAVE TO QUIT xanax , NOT cause im cure from my anxaity , panic disorder CAUSE IM NOT , but cause my insurance just went to monkeys and well not much choice , so i have to quit cold turkey , any help on this will be welcome
