Panic attack from hell!!!

Heres my latest episode, it happened just a few hours ago.  I was feeling fine all morning, then this afternoon suddenly it felt like my heart was beating out of my chest.  Then the anxiety kicked in, i felt like i was on pins and needles and thinking i was going to past out and die any second.   I tried lying down for a nap and it felt like my heart was beating 100 miles per hour, but when i took my pulse it a normal pulse.  So itried to convice myself that its in my mind, but of course good luck with that.  Then as suddenly as it started it went away.  I've taking Zoloft 50 mg for 4 weeks, will this stuff ever kick in? Geez

I have had panic attacks and anxiety for years. It usually takes six to eight weeks before the medicine starts working. But I think its a great medicine and if it was not for it I don't know what kind of shape I would be in
