Panic disorder

Does anyone with this think they're going to have a seizure? That's what I always think and it's the only real reason why my panic attacks get so bad. I had a ct scan and they said it was normal. I just need reassurance that I'm not going to have one.

Thanks alot! I though it was cause I wasn't getting enough sleep so I would go to bed at 9 and wake up at 7! I'll try getting only 7 hours tonight!

Most of the people I know that have an Anxiety disorder, including myself, are afraid of something happening to their body that they can't control. Some people are always afraid of having a heart attack, some are afraid of seizures, I am afraid of throwing up.  These are all things that are uncontrollable, and that's what makes them scary to us.  I know that these pieces of advice are probably not medically sound, but this is what works for me...  Don't get more than 7 hours sleep, 6.5 is my max, and 5 is my minimum.  When I am too rested, I have a buildup of energy and I feel so much more anxious.  Second, exercise.  Its simple really, but just go to the gym EVERY DAY, do a bunch of cardio, and watch over the course of a week as you start to feel less and less anxious, and your panic and anxiety just dissolve away... I think of it as excess energy, burn it off and it won't chew away at you in the form of useless fears.  If you have never had a siezure, and you don't do drugs, there is almost no chance that you will have one, so cheer up! :) Good luck!

That's the only thing that's holding me back from conquering them. I'm having one at school right now so I have to lay in the nurses office and she's only here on Mondays. I hate this.

Panic attacks lead to so many extreme thoughts...'I'm going to die, have a heart attack, pass out, go crazy, have a siezure' take your pick...! They are classic responses to panic attacks.
I've never had a seizure, but in my experience they usually happen to people without warning.
Something else may cause you to have a seizure, but usually not panic anxiety.
Anythings possible, you can get hit by lightning during a panic attack.
Try to relax, calm yourself and take deep breaths, tell yourself it will end just like the one's you have had before, and convince yourself that sometime soon they will be a thing of the past.
