I was on a couple mood stablelizers..depokote , seroquel & zoloft plus valium for severe cases..its really helped!

I use Cymblata for my anxiety and I find it really has helped me a lot. I have not had a panic attack in a long time and I dont have thoughts of fear like I did

I have lived with panic and anxiety for 14 years. It was HELL in the beginning. I mean awful. I was 19 years old and so scared. Since then I have been on zoloft which saved my life. I truly beleive that. It was so hard....

I have been on different dosages as the years went on depending on my needs etc but always worked with my doc to find a level that was good for me. I am on 25 mgs now but have been up to 150 mgs at one point. I do also have xanax for break through anxiety, that tends to help as well.

I personally like zoloft because it has been around for so long and has many many studies behind it. Its a safer SSRI one that even when women are pregnant they can remain on if need be.
