Paranoid Stomach! HELP!

When I'm having an anxiety spell, like I do now, my stomach stays in this state of WORRY (BAD BUTTERFLIES) Is this common? I have nothing to worry about!!! Except... worrying about the feeling in my stomach and WHY it's there.

My stomach has been in this "KNOT" for about 7 days now! It's affecting my appetite, my sleep especially... and everything...

During any type of GAD episode your muscles tighten up and feel either funny or what some might descrie as fluttery (which is what you are describing) it's a nervous feeling in your stomach.  It you are not on any meds, you need to get checked out by a doc and see if he can pescribe some type of relaxer to help with your digestive issues.  Before you go to a doc, you should hit up GNC and see if that Calm-U-Nat will help you, it's only 8 bills a bottle and it helps me out when I'm stressing or feel anxious.  Good luck bro & keep us informed!

yeah, like i said its not a stomach "ache" its a nervous butterfly feeling, and I dont know why I have it. It's a "worry" feeling in my stomach, that I'm obviously having a hard time controlling... its not a gastrointestinal effect b/c I'm not on any medication.
