If your anxiety got worse since you lowered your dose it might be a sing that you are not ready to reduce your dose. I would suggest you talk to your doctor about the symptoms that have came back and he might just increase your dose or mix your lower dose with another medication used for short term releive of anxiety symptoms if you really want to tapper off PaxilPaxil Paxil cr.
Basicly the best thing you have to do is go see you doctor and talk to him about this issue and even if i'm not a doctor i can tell you the reduced dose have a link with the symptoms coming back. The ringingTinnitus in the ears might be due to another medical condition tho so maybe try to figure this out with you doctor too.
