Phyto soya consumption - estrogen consumption

I am a male 37 years old. I have consumed 2 no of Phyto Soya capsules (17.5 mg each) once each day for two days. Phyto soya contain oestrogen. After the first capsule I had no effect but after taking the second capsule on the second day I had headache and some different sensation in the body.
I immediately stopped the consumption and threw away the remaining capsules. I am now worried about the side effects of such a foolish act committed by me.
I am worried that this may cause breast cancer or prostate cancer or something like this. I am a bit obsessive.
Kindly advice me that whether by consuming 2 capsules will there be any long term effect/ disease. I will be very grateful if I receive some advice.
