Thankyou to the both of you, I feel silly but most of the time I find it hard to accept my symptoms for what they are. Sometimes it's hard to believe anxiety can cause all these things.
I usually get a pain in my chest it's just a quick pain that lasts about 2 seconds, apparently it's all the anxiety...
I will definantly try meditation I have heard so many good things about it, Thankyou for your suggestions I'll look into them for sure

Anxiety is not only in the mind and the psyche, it is in the body also.
Look for deficiencies. All the B vitamins, D3 (the sunshine Vitamin), omega-3 and magnesium (the most overlooked mineral-tissue analysis, not a blood test for this). Sometimes uptake and assimilation issues exist, specially when there are G/I and digestive issues confirmed or suspected.
Pranayama Conscious Breathing Techniques are wonderful to try for anxiety. Breathing re-training is recommended. Do a search for it.
The normal breathing website has a great tutorial. Anxiety sufferers are ALL shallow breathers!!
Also daily meditation -check YouTube for meditation and or Binaural Beats-
or go to the brain wave generator website to create your own-for meditation
better sleep, enhanced learning etc.
