I am having anxiety disorders from my childhood. It started one night when I was 7 years. I had a panic attack and I couldn't sleep at all on that night. The whole night I was struggling to breath. After that i was having the panic attack very often. Since there were no doctors and medication in my coutry the severe anxiety developed to Agro-Phobia. My problem was diagnised seven years back. All these years and now I am on medication. The medicines I am taking are Buspirone, Propnelol hydrochloride, sertraline hydrochloride and Deanxiete. After start taking madicine I am much better now. But still it is not totally gone. I wnat to know i can live without these medications?. If I stop the problems come again.
