Please Help :( 5-6 Weeks pregnant, Need to taper off of Ativan, not sure how...

I just found out I am pregnant yesterday, which would make me only about 5-6 weeks, and I cannot get into see an OB for another 4 weeks. I suffer from anxiety and grand-mal seizures, and have been taking 2 mg of Ativan daily for almost two years. The OB nurse that I spoke with said that the Keppra (seizure medication) was one of the safest during pregnancy, but that I likely need to get off of the Ativan. I suffered a miscarriage just last June, when my psychiatrist insisted that my health risks outweigh the possible effects from Ativan on my baby during my pregnancy, while reassuring me that his wife took Valium during all of her pregnancies with no bad outcomes...but I cant help but wonder if I miscarried because of the Ativan and the class it falls in during pregnancy. Any answers, opinions would help. I would love to get off of the Ativan, but anyone who knows medication like I do knows you cannot cold turkey a benzo and expect to be fine, especially at the dose I am on. Any suggestions??? My doctors keep giving me the run around, I just relocated here, so it doesn't seem like they are concerned enough to try and help me or answer my questions.
