Please Help Me!

by Kobe7, Mar 14, 2009 05:24PM
I am experiencing one problem these years. When I am anxious, my mouth always gets very dry and i can hardly talk or eat. Then i want to vomit. I don't feel any pain or disconfort in my stomach, i just want to vomit because of my very dry mouth. In order to prevent it, i look very weird to others. It happens to me when i am nervous (every time). It is very hard to live with it, so i want your help. What can i do??

I sometimes get that to I hate it my first panic attack I was hyperventalating and my mouth got so dry I couldn't talk and as soon as I drank water it felt so good. And now whenever my mouth gets dry and kindof hard for me to breath I just drink water and chew a piece of ice or gum. So you could try that.
