I'm Austin I'm a 17 year old and I have really bad anxiety and derealization. My anxiety is just getting to me it's at the point where whatever I do and no matter what I do to take my mind off of it doesn't work. I've had it for about 4 months and recently my grandfather had a heart attack and that made it worse now everytime I try to get my mind off of anxiety I just keep fearing I will lose him but the doctor told him every thing is fine. It just feels that my anxiety will never get better. And also it doesn't matter what I do I keep seeing the number 52. I've read online it could be because I keep looking at the clock and my mind just ignores the other numbers but I'll just pick up my phone and the time is 52 minutes after the hour I'm really scared. I'm sorry for the really long post it's just I don't know what to do anymore.
Try to contact the counselor's office by phone to see if you should keep taking the pills or if they want you to come back in. Sometimes certain pills need some time to work, but you'll know more if you can get further information from your counselor.
