sounds like you are very nervous about this.  first thing you need to do is calm yourself. do some deep breathing.  it sounds like your biggest problem is the fear you feel...your anxiety over this whole issue.  Thrush can be caused by a lot of other things.  It can even be caused by having a dry mouth.  I am willing to bet that you've been worried about this since you saw the blood in your drink.  
Anxiety/panic can create so so many things in your body.  I've had rashes because of anxiety.  I've also experienced joint pain.  When you get so stressed out, your immune system is weakened.  Stress can make you sick Harry. I'm not trying to tell you that

that's all it is.  But a lot of what you're are feeling is anxiety.  You're mind is racing out of control---that's anxiety.  Just relax.  Call the clinic and ask them to explain your results.  I don't know much about HIV, but I can tell you, you are experiencing HIGH anxiety right now.
