Please help!

Please help, I have posted on here before but my symptoms seem to be changing. I have a headache which I have had for 3 weeks now. Quite tight, sometimes in the back of my head, sometimes by my temples. My neck is aching and it feels like my head is too heavy for my neck! I have been waking up with headaches and had them all day, right through till the following morning. My jaw has been hurting for about two weeks but it has just started getting worse. Especially at the joint by my ear. What could this be im so scared. Yesterday I took some tension headache tablets and the headache went completley, but now its back today even though I have taken the same tablets? What can this be???? Im so scared??

Are you grinding your teeth at night? That may be a cause of all the tension in your jaw and head. Take a deep breath and go see a doctor - maybe a neurologist or a spine/sport specialist will be helpful. You may need to do some work on relaxing yourself, if the source is tension. Have you ever had migranes (migraines)? Maybe a low-dose muscle relaxant before bed will help you fall asleep without tension

I'm the same way. My husband says I don't grind my teeth but I do notice myself clenching my jaw a lot.I get the worst pain on my left side of my face, head, my ear hurts and my neck almost like a toothache.
