Plz Help TerriFIED:(

Ive been in alot of pain .. in the past 5 days i can sleep pretty well but i wont stop getting constant electric shock in my upper stomah ever since i have had very bad head achs it feels like there is a knife being stabbed in the side of my head.. i have a sore throat.. and i feel exhausted in side from to much shock - fright :( it wont stop .. and i feel like a knife is stabbing me in the heart too.. i have really bad pains im writing this right now and i am still getting those shock feelings and that sharp and exhasting pain from to much fright.. im scared if i will die. or pass out.. maybe even get heart stroke does any one have any advice to ease my mind a bit maybe some encourgement .. please i owe u all and i know u all feel the same thanku so much :):(:):( ;(

all i cn tell you is that i had such pains for a number of years. medications took them away
