I was prescribed prednisone 20mg qd x 7 days for right shoulder and neck pain, provider thought that I my muscles was swollen on the inside. I tood prednisone 20mg for 2 days and began having anxiety symptoms, I was feeling jittery, felt like like I was dying, having right side pain by breast and top of rib cage, right leg pain, I just felt terrible, my bp began to become elevated, heart racing, crazy thoughts going through my head. I am 34 years old healthy, don't take no medicines with no chronic health issues, how long will it take for the prednisone to get out of my system and I can go back to living a normal life

Yes, Prednisone will certainly do that do some people!
It can take a few days, even longer before you start to feel better, and because your reaction was a bit more severe than just being jittery, it may take a bit longer.
Just try to hang in there...I know that's tough!
