Pregnancy and Celexa

by monkeygirl34, Apr 29, 2009 11:08PM
Has any female on hear been pregnant and take anxiety meds during the whole pregnancy?
My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I take 10ml once a day of celexa and once in a great while klonipin .5ml.
I would really like some input if you have it.
Thanks

Hi Sweetie........non of us on this forum is qualified to advise you on the safety of taking any medication while you are trying to get pregnant. I suggest speaking with your OB/GYN immediatly as some meds will need to be tapered off of and some may hang around in your body long after you stop taking them. Be safe, not sorry.
And best of luck with that other business!
Peace
