Pulse Behind The Eyes?

Question

First off this might sound really stupid!

But has anyone found when they look left then loo right fast with their eyes, without moving their head, they feel like pulsating in there eyes and head....its hard to explain its like a dizzy pulse!

Should i be worried about this at all, do you think it could be my brain or hear?...was alot worse after i did 30mins exercise!

Now you got me looking like a nut, looking left and then right real quick, lol. But no, its never happened to me but thanx for that question. I'll be freakin out pretty soon. Give me a nite or two and I"m sure I'll get it, lol.

the fact your looking right and left quickly tells me your concentrating on the anxiety pain and feelings which is th worst thing you can do. i have experienced this b4 but it is in your head and youll will learn down your road to success you have to in a way ignore your health when u suffer from what we do.. good luck and try to relax when this happens or take a tylenol it wont kill ya..
