Question for anyone who can help me

Ok, long story short, I have been dealing with anxiety for 7 years I take no meds and have been managing it pretty good, my question for you all is, does anyone ever get really shaky legs? today I couldnt put any weight on my left leg it was shaking so bad, I dont know if I have a pinched nerve or if its all anxiety related, I also keep getting real bad palpitations sice early afternoon, and thoughts?

Both of those could be anxiety related, I have certainly had those symptoms. I think that if they are new to you, it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out. How long has this been going on? Have you had these symptoms before?

Yes I have had the palpitations, but the weak shaky legs is sum what new, my legs always get weak when my anxiety is at its peak but the shakyness is new, it was kinda scarey. I have had my heart checked and all was good, do you think things can change in 2 years? that is when I had the ast tests done. Thanks for your post. Mindy

I have new symptoms all the time and find they are related to anxiety. What I do is, if it lasts for a couple of days and gets more intense, then I go in. Most times, I find that it goes away and I start obsessing over something else. My leg hurt once and I was convinced it was a blood clot, so I went in, it went away but at the time, it seemed so severe, looking back, it seems now a bit silly, but that is how our minds work, we obsess about it. How long have you had the shaky legs? Is it getting worse?
