I don't know how to explain it... I was just sitting in the computer chair. I moved my right arm from the mouse to my lap to turn on my xbox with the controller in my left hand. After I let go of the button my right arm went completely numb and fell in my lap. From my shoulder's joint all the way to my fingertips, it was numb. No warning or anything. I didn't hear or feel a pop, no pain, no pins and needles at any moment. I do tend to sit with my shoulders shrugged sometimes. I may have done that. But within a half second of realizing my arm was in my lap I freaked out. I ran to get the phone and even hit my arm on the doorway. I didn't feel a thing. Normally that would've hurt pretty badly. It finally got feeling back within 10 minutes. Still no pins and needles or pain feelings. My computer's mouse is right in front of my shoulder, maybe I made a nerve get pinched the way I moved from mouse to my lap. I do sit at the computer desk often, but I've never had this issue before.
Sorry, I know this doesn't have much to do with anxiety, that I know of. (This forum I call home. lol.) Other than the fact my panic kicked in very swiftly in a matter of a second making things much worse than it was. What forum would this go under, anyway?
