Recent Problems With Anxiety

Hi. I have suffered with anxiety for about a year now and it has definitely been an uphill struggle. Lately, I have been feeling like I finally got control over my anxiety. Last year it all popped up when I had my first panic attack. After that, I cut off of caffeine and made many adjustments to my life. However, lately, I've begun to start drinking caffeine again. For the past week now I have noticed that I have begun to become increasingly worrisome over things that normally wouldn't warrant any type of worry at all. I haven't worried myself into panic, but I can tell I have riled up my anxiety significantly. Tonight, I can't manage to sleep at all. I'm constantly tossing and turning and can't take things off of my mind. Little things that amount to nothing seem to really bother me and I just can't seem to ease myself enough to go to sleep. Even as I write this I am jittering and finding something to do constantly to ease my anxiety. I had 4 Pepsi's earlier but I'm afraid this might not be the bulk of my problem. I constantly have bad thoughts of "Am I going insane?!" or stupid stuff that only makes it worse. Can anyone help me? I would really just love to hear if anyone else has dealt with this problem and how they might have dealt with it. Thank you.

Caffeine is terrible for people with anxiety. Having 4 Pepsi's a day is way too much. Cut the caffeine out like you did before and see how you feel. Take care. Remar
