Right Side/Abdominal Pain and Anxiety Help!

Hi there! So I scheduled an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, but this past week has been just miserable for me. I practically spend every week worried about some sort of life-threatening ailment, whether it be from headaches, chest pains or otherwise.

(As an aside, there might be some TMI in this post, but I try not to get too graphic or personal, just want to explain the situation!)

So about a month ago, I lifted a shopping cart full of groceries that was probably too heavy for me. My groins been hurting on and off since then (and after hours of...activity hurts alot, as in painful aches, and I never remember this happening before then.)

My chest hurt when I tried to do exercise (like crunches) for a week after the incident, and I assumed I'd just stretched something, and the pain comes and goes. I actually had been worried about some completely unrelated things until I decided to check myself on Monday, and thought I felt a difference in one side (around the thighbone) than the other. Just slightly above it, there was some extra width I could roll, or at least it feels/felt like it, like a bump or something but not really? There's no clearly visible external difference in my sides, I can't find anything like it on the other side, it didn't hurt, but it immediately triggered worries.

I've had a hernia before, but I never noticed it until I was getting checked for something else, Epididmitis, like 6 years ago. Of course, I can't help my mind from wandering to this being something horrific. Since Monday, I've noticed a slight increase in restroom visits, and more pain on my right side. I occasionally get pangs in my groin when *using* the restroom, but in general feel fine when I actually go. I'm just concerned about the pains and this potential thing in my side, but I also noticed this all only started getting worse after I paid attention to it.

However, before Monday, during "activity", I tensed up for some reason or another, and release stung a little bit. It hasn't happened the time after, but this *also* worried me.

And to top things off, my throat has been scratchy (but not really painful) the past couple days and that's just irritating, yet still adding to my worries.
