Ringing in ears

I have had anxieties for about 6 months now but recently developed constant ringing in ears  for about 3 months now  then when it subsides i get lightheaded and this is back and forth and then I will get a headache along with feeling tired with pressure around my eyes. Are these just new symptoms? I have seen my ENT and he says it mayb mieneres but theres nothing they can find.  My friend suffered with depression and she said she had a ringing in her ears but when she stared taking cynbalta the ringing in her ears stopped. Could this be a sign that i need a ssri to stop the constant ringing  and lightheadedness? Is this anxiety?

I have this problem too, it's very annoying and sometimes it gets so loud and intense it blocks out everything else.  Do you happen to take asperin, advil or the like because these meds can cause ringing in the ears, also, hearing damage from loud noise can be the cause as well.

I dont take any aspirin or meds that could cause the constant ringing. I haven't bee around constant loud noises or anything. This is whats puzzling to me. But I did notice this started happening around the time I went in the hospital because I Thought I was having a heart attack (anxieties) . This is when the constant dizziness and ringing in ears started. I wondering if this is all related to an brain imbalance somewhere. Maybe an ssri can help with the balance. Hmmmmmm
