Ryan, go over to Heart Disease/Problem Forum. We(they need you)

by canihelp, Jun 09, 2007 12:00AM
Ryan, you are amazing. Are you a doctor?  It is so kind of you to take so much time in helping all of us on these forums.  The heart forum needs you really bad too, as everyone on there has PVCs or worse things and don't know what to do, so any educated person is a great asset.  We never know when we may hear just the right thing that helps heal us.  I have a diploma in herbal medicine and have studied vitamins & searched for 22 years for a cure for the PVCs I experience, but it's rare to find a person like you who really knows their stuff and takes time to share.
Any hints or ideas, no matter how elementary they sound to you could be helpful to those who suffer.

thanks again!!

I do take some herbs for anxiety.  A cup of Chamomille tea in the mornings is a great start for me (as long as your're not allergic to ragweed).  Passion Flower is a good medium road herb for nerves.  You can get the tincture (liquid) or capsules.  Lemon Balm is great for nerves, but don't take it too often, as it can have a very mild effect on thryoids, slowing them down.  Lemon Balm is great for nerves, herpes, and a variety of stuff like that.  Motherwort is good for women that are having palpitations during PMS time.  Get it in the tinture (liquid drop) form and follow directions.  2-3 dropper fulls, etc...

Please note though:  If you are taking tranquillers, you must be careful not to overdose yourself by taking herbals too.  I only take Klonopin "as needed", so I allow myself herbal helps when I haven't taken Klonopin.

There are stronger herbs, like Valerian & KavaKava, but you don't want to overlap these with any sedative for sure.  KavaKave can give similar side effects as to being drunk & some have been pulled over for drunk driving with that, so be careful with that one.

thanks, I have a mojor allergy to ragweed. I also have chronic sinusitis because my allergies are so bad. I went on an anti-fungal diet. It didn't work, however I lost a lot of weight, from 168 down to 139. Thats how all of the anxiety started. I couldn't get rid of my sinus infections and got pnemonia (pneumonia), and of course the health scare starts. Thanks for listening
