SSRI withdrawl(withdrawal) symptoms

Hello Doctor I am 22 year old male and i was taking following medicines in 2007 because of anxiety disorder :-
DEXANIL-10 (escitalopram oxalate equ. to escitalopram)
LAM PLUS (propranolol hydrochloride alprazolam tablets)
accompanied with Tiam 75 (thiamine propyl disulfide 75mg)
and i had the above mentioned medicines for about a month and then i stopped the consumption of these drugs gradually reducing the dose and this reduction process was of just a week.
Now i am facing problems since i quit taking those drugs its been around more then two years that i am facing following problems:-
*Increased anxiety
*premature ejaculation
i was facing the above two problems prior taking the above mentioned medicines but after quitting it has increased a lot.
Please suggest solution to the above problems.

First off you won't find any doctors round here. We are just normal people like yourself. The amount of time you were on the medication was not very long at all. A month? They would have really just started to work as they should do after that amount of time. But you came off the right way. Breaking them down and lowering the dose bit by bit. My question is, do you ever think that coming off them was the wrong thing to do? Maybe you need the medication. Was there a reason you came off them? You say you had problems before you started taking the medication. Now you have the same problems, even worse, since you stopped the medication. Which begs me to think that you might need the medication. That coming off them after only a month might have been the wrong thing to do. Unless it was under the advice of your doctor. It has been two years. What have you been doing over the past two years? Living with the problems? I would say to go to a doctor and more than likely he will put you back on the medication again. If it worked I can't understand why you came off. You had no problems whilst taken the medication? So it must have been helping you.
