What type of symptoms were they? You said "waves". Was it panic?
I had not been sleeping yet - I was wide awake and they symptoms were coming in waves
You've been through all that anxiety has to offer. This is just another set back you can overcome. First you have to ask yourself what brought this on. Was it a nightmare? Maybe you been under alot of stress lately.
I felt on edge all day yesterday myself. The day got better later on and I settled down a bit but earlier in the day, I felt like I was going to lose it. You have to believe it is just anxiety. i know this doesnt make it any better but just know that you will get pass this setback.
