Seizures

I am Type 1 Diabetic and I get seizures from low blood sugar, but I also have seizures from severe stress.  I am now taking an experimental drug for seizures, but I'm going to get off of it soon.  Do I have epilepsy or is it something else?  My neurologist hasn't answered this.  I have a neurologist because I was in a coma starting in January and when I woke up I couldn't talk and I had no idea who I was or that I even had children or that I was married.  95% of my memory is back, but I'm confused about seizures and I seem to have a lot of anxiety and sometimes I breathe really fast when I'm thinking about certain things like having a miscarriage in January.  Learning about the miscarriage caused a seizure as well, but now that I'm on these pills I don't anymore.  Help!
