Shaking, anxiety? Adrenalin?

I have had anxiety for a while now but just recently I have started having uncontrollable shaking, sweeting, dry mouth, cold fingertips and cold feet. I also have been having difficulty breathing at times and foggy head and light headed. I have been reading about Adrenaline Fatigue, Thyroid issues. I have been to the ER multiple times and they say it's anxiety. They also checked thyroid and it came back normal. I wouldn't wish any of this upon my worst enemy. It's hard trying to work and support a family having these issues almost every other day. Does anyone know or have any idea what this could be? I have tried calling multiple doctors and they don't seem to know what it could be. I just want guidance to get answers.

Do you feel anxious?  Anxiety isn't just a set of physiological symptoms.  They are the result of feeling anxious and having irrational fears that put stress on the system.  If you're not feeling anxious but just feeling these symptoms, it's time to get a doctor of your own who can find the answer -- the ER isn't a doctor of your own.

It does sound like anxiety. I've had anxiety from a number of medical conditions which include magnesium deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism.  Correcting these conditions and also exercising saw my severe anxiety vanish in a few months. Check the link below for ways to help with your symptoms.
