Shortness of breath, made me go mad!!

Hello, almost a year with struggling, ran all tests as much as i can, doctors said you have a little asthma and this is caused by ANXIETY , it is with me since i was a child and never bothered me like nowadays, i was healthy man and i did sports with no barriers, and now when i walk for a mile i feel like i am dying and i'm totally not comfortable anyways, I couldn't convince myself that this is caused by anxiety, because i feel it, i feel ithis is caused by a somatic problem with my body, 24 hrs i feel short of breath , and i barely could yawn and sneeze, for example, before i get these symptoms, i was sneezing 4 times simultaneously, and could yawn easily and comfortably, is this seriously caused by ANXIETY?? Anyone has like my case and couldn't get comfortable because of shortness of breath, would really help if he share me what he feels and what doctors said to them about their cases. Thanks

I struggle with anxiety, and shortness of breath is one of the common ways that it manifests itself. Try some relaxation techniques, like yoga, meditation, whatever. You should also see a therapist/psychologist to address the anxiety, which seems to be the core problem. I wish you all the best! BTW your post says you male but your profile says female. ?
