Sleep Question

by relax100, Aug 28, 2007 07:39AM
I recently bought a new bed.  I am getting enough sleep at night but I find myself getting up in the middle of the night more often than in my old bed though getting back to sleep faster.  I have a few questions

1 - Is a sleep where you get up only once in the middle of the night better than one where you get up a few times.

2 - Is this something to really worry about?  I do know that many of the times I get up is either cause of the room temperature or because of going to the bathroom.

Any other suggestions here to on trying to get a more straight sleep.  Thanks.
