Spinning sensations

Hello,

  I was wondering does anyone ever get spinning sensations from their
anxiety....especially when you sit up in bed after a night's sleep.
This happens once in awhile to me..Is it possible high anxiety can cause this
symptom? I do know that the balance (vestibular system) is attached to
the nervour system...so if anxiety is in high mode maybe there is overload.
Just a thought.

yes dizziness can come from anxiety especially in the morning, i have the same thing every morning pluse alittle shaking. its normal so dont worry about it. sometimes the dizziness could last a hole day. dont really know what causes it i just know its all a part of anxiety. but it will past.
