Stomach Pains...?

Hello... This is my first time posting in a forum so sorry if I can't describe it too well...
I'm 16 years old... I have not been diagnosed with depression nor have I been diagnosed with anxiety...
I have had anxiety attacks/panic attacks. When I get nervous/scared/stressed about something I get this horrible pain in my stomach... I feel like puking, my body trembles, and I eventually start crying if I don't calm down within a certain amount of time... I have migraines a lot, which I'm now on medication for...  I am in a relationship of 4 months (my longest relationship.) and I worry a lot about it... I've tried asking my mum for advice or about anxiety... She doesn't think I need a therapist or anything of the sort... She calls me a hypochondriac a lot... Or says I just want attention. I'm a clingy girlfriend.. When he gets upset I instantly assume it's something I did or that he's angry with me... And then the stomach aches kick in... I've always had them but after dating this guy, my first amazing relationship after having been used/cheated on/treated badly... I'm only 16,I know... I just want to know why my stomach hurts so bad... Sorry for any unnecessary  information I included..

All that may be true, but it's still a vascular headache and if you can control the constriction of the blood vessels it will still help.  But the important thing is, you need to find out why you're so stressed, it could be the medical problems, I don't know, but I'd still talk to your mum and try to figure all this out in a holistic way.  Good luck.

I've been getting MRI's on my back for my migraines, because my braces cause artifacting when they MRI my head. Because I have back and neck pain I thought that it was part of it but it's not. My doctor said I have elevated nerves in my eyes and a neurologist said something about my optical disc? I wear glasses when I read. And I read a lot or I'm on my phone/computer so I just wear them all the time.

I think your mum is wrong -- if you're only 16 and already having a nervous stomach and migraines, you really do need to learn why and how to relax.  Migraines often are caused by stress (they can be caused by allergies to certain foods) and happen when you start to relax after being very tense -- the blood vessels constrict when you're tense and start to open when you relax, but they open in the head first.  There are ways of treating them that don't include medication, such as learning how to open the blood vessels in your hands.  Mine went away when a doctor I saw in my twenties -- I also had an ulcer -- encouraged me to learn meditation.  I eventually did, and haven't had many migraines in the many years since.  So you can do something about this stuff, but you have to do something.  Have another talk with your mum.

You tummy hurts because of the stress you are under.  You need a doctor to help you with the tummy issue.  You need the school counselor to help you cope with the rest of your life.   You can learn life skills and how to deal with the stuff in your life.   Praying for you.
All is grace.
