Stopping Xanax
I have a question ive been on .25 xanax for a year and at six month i only took hald then for the past 3 mopnths ive been on half of the half about a week ago i took it one day and not there next and i stopped for a week do i need to worry about getting withdrawls its been a week i got so nervoues yesterday i took half of a half can someone help me i want to get off of them and take them as needed.
Did you come off of it with the advice of your doctor? Don't take medication issues like this into your own hands. You said you stopped for a week? In my opinion, it sounds like you are taking it as needed now, but you need to discuss this with your doctor. In my opinion, anxiety will creep up again, so maybe you were just nervous about the withdrawals? Were you actually having side effects or were you just nervous about potential side effects from stopping the medication?
