Strange Feeling

I've been getting this strange feeling lately. Its hard to explain. Its like feeling hazy. Almost like I'm in a dream. Its hard to concentrate and pay attention to anything around me. At the same time I feel breathless and faint. It comes on suddenly and lasts for hours. I have no idea as to what could be the cause of it.

I get the same feeling, mostly when I am in an evironment where I cannot have control. Like an airplane, which I am going on shortly, or parks, where a lot of people are around.  I suddenly feeling like I am not there and it is almost like a hollow sound to me.  Had my first symptom on a plane many years ago and now are getting more frequent.  Hope I can control my next one I get on the plane.

It's called detachment. Your brain is a powerful organ! Please be aware that thoughts and feelings are just that, thoughts and feelings!  Thoughts and feelings can't hurt you!  You do have control of how you think! When negative thoughts pervade your mind make a conscience effort to turn your mind and think of positive thoughts!  Be mindful of your thoughts! Accept how you are feeling at any given moment!  Say positive things over and over! It helps!

Unfortunately, it's all a part of anxiety. Mostly everyone has had anxiety or panic attacks, will go through this stage in which they feel out of touch, dream like, hazy, confused.. etc.

Almost everyone feels that they might have a tumor, that something is horribly wrong, but 90% of the time it's all in our heads.

I went through the same thing. I realized that I kept thinking too much about it. Kept looking up symptoms, etc.. and only made it worse.

Just try not to think about it and it'll pass.

Exercising, and eating right plays a major factor too.

Hope that helps!! :)
