Strange new anxiety incident

I've had anxiety issues my whole life-it runs through my dad's side of the family.  When I was 11, I developed an eating disorder from my anxiety.  I was put on medication and saw a therapist.  From then until now, I had small anxiety issues, but nothing serious.  Recently over this summer, I noticed a few things about myself.  1) I've been yawning frequently. 2) Being away from college has made me extremely bored and depressed. 3) I have 0 sex drive. 4) I get more headaches. 5) The weirdest symptom that has developed today...I can't run on a treadmill without being impulsed to stop.  The entire summer, I've been running 5-7 miles on the treadmill no problem.  But, today at the gym, I couldn't even bring myself to run for 20 seconds.  It's not that I'm tired or hurting, it's that I psych myself out.  It's almost like I fear that I cannot control the treadmill?  Anyways, I'm not sure exactly what to do because I'm going back to school soon and I will have 0 time for therapy and I do NOT want to take anxiety medication.  Are there any ways to solve this problem without medication?  When should I seek a doctor?

I had a therapist tell me when I asked that same question about breathing excercises. The yawning could benefit from that too. Yawning is usually caused from a lack of air to the brain....
I hope that helps!!!
