Sugar Shake feelings

Does anyone ever just feel shaky inside? I have been having this feeling all day today. I got a good 9 hrs sleep last night so I woke relaxed. But this shaky feeling is getting me nervous. I think maybe it from sugar but I have eaten both breakfast & lunch. I have been breaking off pieces of a .5mg xanax all day bc I wont take a full pill at once. I limit myself to .5mg a day max. I HATE ANXIETY!!!!!

Alot of us that have anxiety have this shaky feeling. Since you did eat I doubt it's low blood sugar but you might want to have your Dr check that anyway.
How long have you been taking Xanax? Most people can build up a tolerance to it and need more. I hope you feel better. Take care. Remar

i hate that shaky feeling inside.. i got it from anxiety and i still get it cause i have low blood sugar..and when i get it i always feel it in my head the most like my brain or eyes are shaking
