I  just came back. Very nice doctor.  I told him my symptoms he asked how long told him 3 months. Asked me if I had a pelvix exam I told him what the results said.  He said what do you mean yur bloated. I said see Im bloated/frequent urination been going on for 3 months now and its driving me crazy.  He laughs @ me. Nice huh.... He did do a urine sample they will call if its any infections. He gave me a precsription DEXIL   it will help with the urination.  He wants to see me in 2 months.  Hes not doing any test.
I want to know why Im bloating/frequent urination.  Still dont know......Im about to SCREAM

Did you tell him that you had a ultra sound and the results from that? I know that you said that you wanted a ct scan did you ask him for that? I know that it's frustrating, but hang in there. I really think that it is from your anxiety because you have been worrying about it for so long.

OK....now you have to wait.  See what happens with the medication that he gave you and what the culture says.  First, you have to try to calm down and not stress it and see what happens.  If it continues to be a problem, then you DEMAND an appt in a month and a scan.  I am sorry it didn't get too far.  I am sure you are fine, but it is so hard to deal with it when you don't know what it is.  I hate waiting too.

I went to see a urlogy and he just told me too try Dexul it helps with the urination.  AThis is been going on too long.  I called my doctor and told them I want a CAT and blood work.......They are going to call me back...

I don't think it is cancer.  But to put your mind at ease, I hope they give you the CATscan.  It has been going on for a long time now and you should be getting answers instead of "wait and see".  But please, don't think it is cancer.  If it were, something would have shown up in the bloodwork...I am surprised that the doctor didn't do some bloodwork today.  THAT REALLY IS A SHAME!

What kind of insurance do you have?  If the insurance is not to good they are not to quick giving expensive tests like CT scans, and treat the symptoms first unless you had a test coming back with showed cancer or a big possibility that you have cancer.

same experience as me.
I went to urologist,told him i had the symptom of frequent urination for 3 month. He said it is very short period.
Did a urine analysis and a blood test for me. I request a U/S for abnominal and pelvic.
Asked me to see him in six weeks.Prescribed me detrol LA for four weeks.
Probably all the doctor are like that. Or our stuff is not serious?
