Swine Flu

This swine flu thing is really making my anxiety worse. Like i dont know why but today they just said they have 3 confirmed cases in Ontario and i live in Toronto and im freaking out that i might get the flu and die from it and NO i havent been to Mexico or any other parts of the world in the past 2 months. And one of my moms friends, he was here today installing blinds in my room and he was all coughing and sneezing. I'm scared to death. I have some stomach pain already and im thinking that i have gotten the flu already. maaan what is wrong with me !! i hate this anxiety thing

it is natural to get increased Anxiety with this swine flu going around, but , yes the big BUT, lets put this in realistic terms, ou say 3 confirm cases in Onterio, and how many people live in that "Provinces??? get where I am going with this!

Now us people with Anxiety and Panic Disorder already have increase Anxiety/panic issues that we deal with on a daily basis and with Anxiety and Panic, we look at reason to give panic/anxiety a Face, DON"T do it, work on the issues that have created this panic/anxiety, but please DO NOT ALLOW, this swine flu, which at this writting, is nothing more then allot of media hype! And before anyone here reading this is ready to text me for that last comment, let me clarify, People die everyday for a diseases, 10x more per day then all the REPORTED Cases. so please PEOPLE, lets keep things in Check and realistic!!!
