Switch from Klonpin to Xanax Xr or what else

Need schedule to switch from Klonopin 3.5 mg to Xanax Xr. Any help. I was talking klonapin for Two and half years and seemed to have  build up a tolerance at  my current dosage going through withdrawal symptoms don't want to keep upping the dose. I have already up it . 05 to no avail. I was on 3mg for two and half years just does not work right any more. its been about 7 weeks now it has not worked correctly . So looks like Xanax xr  for a few months let my system clear out of klonpin and then go back to it latter because it worked great.  Can some one give me a schedule  I'M currently using 1.25mg night time, 1.25 morning, 1mg.late afternoon.

Totally agree with lydia. A dr will tell you the safest, easiest way to do this.

Not a SINGLE one of us here is a doctor and ONLY a doctor, a p-doc or a Psychiatric Medication Manager can give you this kind of help.
Even if someone here were to write out a detailed description of how you could do this, you would be taking a terrible chance. You must always make these kinds of changes in meds under the strict guidance and supervision of a trained medical doctor.
