Switched from Paxil to Prozac,now ill,What can I do? i went from one to the other i did not take both in decreased doses

i switched from Paxil to Prozac(I was on it for at least a yr 40mg)I have been very ill since I made the change. I was advised immediately to decrease the   Paxil 30mgs. for 5 days and then 20 mgs for 5 days then switch to prozac 20mg on the 11 th day no paxil at all,after 4 weeks of prozac i went up to 40 mg on the prozac,i have been nauseous everyday panic attacks and depression I spoke to another doc. and he said the withdrawal plan was not correct and that i would have to suffer for a few more weeks till the paxil came out of my system, is there anything else to do
