Switched from ativan to xanax

Hi,Yesterday i was switched from ativan to xanax i also took 2 nitroquicks,all day today i ahve been sweaty,nausated and usually my heart rate is in the 90s its been in the 60s all day and my blood pressure is low even dropping t o 96/50 Has anyone had this happen before ,I did take my ativan yesterday and then i got the xanax and took it last night and this morning an i have felt so drugged out and kinda dizzy but im laways dizzy,,,kinda felt like th flu but im scared cause blood pressure keeps being normal then low and i just feel drugged any ideas
