Syringe anxiety

Everytime I take blood test I fear needle reuse, or infected cotton or anything that mind makes up.
This happens even when I ask lab technician to show me needle when he is unpacking,  observing cotton he is taking new or not.
Still after 5 mins it all get washed up and start thinking what if had re used wrong syringe.or some how got me infected.
I worry about hiv infection most.
I now worry that since I told him about my fears he would have purposefully infected me.
Pls someone help me with this. M going crazy with all these thoughts.

Sure I will take help.. But what if I am Actly infected with procedure and one the other hand seeking therapy were someone will tell I don't have it.

I have read on Google where people have deliberately infected others.
The possibility of that make me worried.
Also yes I know it is quite irrational. But you can not deny possibility.

A medical technician is never going to stick you with a used needle, intentionally or by accident. Their job puts food on their table, and they're not going to jeopardize that by doing something really stupid. They are highly trained in what they do. If you can't shake these irrational fears on your own, you should see a therapist. Best wishes!
