guys that helps,i just find it hard to belive its anxiety and not something killing me inside.
I'snt life grand?? Believe it, as i'm sitting here now I can feel it. Stress, anxiety, depression, whatever it is I know that it is painful. Sometimes, I get on the floor on my back a just lay there a do the muscle point stretches.Start with the ankles then the knees, stomach and right on up. It really does seem to ease the tension. Or better yet, get a good massage. Hot bath? Ok, now I got myself talked into it.

You bettcha. In the past my anxiety has been carried through my neck, shoulder muscles, back and arms. I just go to the chiropractor. He fixes me up. Snap, crackle pop...Then I feel good for about 2 months. It is one of those adjusts that hurts so good.
