Taking Valium after Ativan: how long to leave it?

How long after taking Ativan is it safe to take Valium? (I have both).

It seems that I should look at the biological half life and double it (if Wikipedia is correct) but then, I'm no chemistry expert. Does anyone know off hand? Does the dose of the Ativan matter, or only when you last took it?

Thanks for your advice.

Well I was prescribed Ativan and have Valium left over from a previous prescription an am running low on the ativan. Can I just take them together or will it be bad or just not work altogether??

Thanks very much for that! I've wanted to know "forever."

I've never taken any of these medications together and I don't drink alcohol, so next dose time should be fine for me as well.

Thanks again.

JUST DONT TAKE THEM TOGETHER.
