hmmm.....if u can get any medicine for it then u can try...but the best is to tell ur self itz not gona harm u anyway....so just relax...and watch comedy movies etc....and if u know itz anxiety ...u know itz harmless !! Now can u plzz see my question"Is it serious" and recommend an answer...Thanks dude~~
Anxiety can manifest itself in many ways in my opinion. In my experience with it, it can often exacerbate a fear we already have or can just 'pop' up as a new fear. That is one aspect of it that can make it very frustrating and scary when we initially deal with it in my opinion. Have you been able to get help for your anxiety? For me, confronting and learning about it, gave me the knowledge to deal with it...keep us posted!
I get this. Its like a sudden loss of control over the tongue.very disturbing. But No idea what causes it, or why it registers as a threat. Keep in mind though in my case, I have a huge amount of dental work done, so that tends to cause these things for me.
I have that right now. I've been getting it recently after smoking weed and it usually lasts all day even tho I come down from my high like after an hour. Is there anything I can do about it?? It's very anoying cause it makes it hard for me to talk almost like I'm slurring my words but I'm not. Can anybody help me or should I see a doctor??
Do yoga for relaxation, do deep breathing into your diaphragm no shoulder breathing. Pray and take Epsom salt baths. The above really have helped me. Always ask your doctor before any new treatment. I suggest don't be scared if you get scared you get tense so trust that all will be well and that there is a stronger force that will heal you.
