Think I'm Dying!!!!!

The ALS anxiety went off the charts last night. I had a nice weekend and was hanging out with the wife and my little girl last night when I felt some strange tingling in my mouth after eating dinner. Right away I thought my tongue might be twitching. At first I stayed calm trying to rationalize but all of a sudden panic came over me and I told my wife I was dying. We ended up getting my parents on the phone and they talked me down. My tongue felt swollen like I couldn't function but I spoke fine. Later I thought I was having trouble swallowing. I took the Lexapro but woke up with the worst dry mouth ever. There were times when I couldn't even force myself to swallow it was so dry. I barely slept and today I'm at work doing fine and all of asudden my throat feels tight again and swallowign stuff. I mean does anxiety really mirror and come over you this quick.

I've noticed that to.. When ever i feel the slightest bit weird i panic.. It sucks but i have learned to control it a little bit..getting plenty of sleep helps..

My problem is that it affects my sleep and I'm wired and jumping out of my skin all night
